Selecting the Ultra High Broadband offer

The Ultra High Broadband offer uses the DOCSIS (Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification) technology.

Access to the Internet is done through a coaxial cable on the Monaco Telecom TV network. The TV plug which supports the Ultra High Broadband offer must comply with Monaco Telecom norms.

This requires the modification of the main TV outlet of your home by a technician.

The offer also requires that a new contract be signed in our store.

 

> You are already an Internet customer

Please come to your Monaco Telecom store with an identification card.

You will then be able to subscribe to the offer, receive your BOX and set up an appointment for a free installation.

 

> You are not an Internet customer 

Please come to your Monaco Telecom store with the following documents:

-          Your ID number and type (RCI dated no later than three months for professional customers)

-          Your lease

-          Your full address: Building number/ street number / street name / block / floor

-          Your LOGO: a five digit or letter character usually placed on your front door

You will then be able to subscribe to the offer, receive your BOX and set up an appointment for a free installation.

 

To simplify your installation, please take the following information into account:

  • The Ultra High Broadband runs on the TV cable network.  The new BOX can be installed in a different spot than your current Internet BOX.
  • Your television wall outlet will be changed by the Monaco Telecom technician during installation.
  • It must be accessible to the technician at the time of the appointment.
  • Beware: If your current installation includes double or triple wall outlets, the technician will not be able to replace the cover of your block after changing the outlet.
  • If your TV cable does not comply with the norms (shielded cable), the installation will not be completed during the first appointment. You will be responsible for its upgrade at your cost.
  • If you do not want to upgrade your installation, you will have no choice but keep your current offer and equipment. You will then have to return the UHD BOX in its original packaging and with all the accessories. The penalty for failing to return the BOX is €250.
  • To change the appointment free of charge, please contact Customer Service at 99 66 33 00 up to 24 hours before the appointment.  Beyond this time, you will be charged installation fees (€48).
