You need your PUK code to unlock your smartphone after three invalid PIN code attempts.
This code can be retrieved from your customer account at monaco-telecom.mc (MyMT) and from your contract.

Log into your account at www.monaco-telecom.mc, then click on the corresponding mobile telephone number.
Then click on « Je consulte cette ligne »
On the next page, click on "Carte sim bloquée" (Locked SIM card).
A new window opens with your PUK code.
